Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Friday). For orders within India, we process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.

We use FedEx, Overnite Express & India Post (Speed Post) for all domestic orders, shipping is free. Cash on delivery (COD) orders will attract additional cash collection fees of Rs.120. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a tracking number.

Yes, we do ship to worldwide via FedEx, DHL, Aramex and India Post (Speed Post, Registered Airmail or Airmail). India Post Airmail and Registered Airmail offered by us for free. There is no shipping cost for economy shipping services. It could take 14 to 30 working days in delivery, vary country to country custom clearance process. Expedited shipping service will attract a flat rate of US$ 25.00. Buyer can combine ‘n’ number of items in one shipment there is no extra charges. Our shipping specialist will select appropriate logistic partner to make fast delivery. Expedited shipping will take 4-8 working days time in delivery subject to custom clearance process.

No worries at all! We understand you may change your mind every now and then (with so many baubles around us, it happens to us all the time!) We are happy to offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked return policy (with store credit only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.
The only exception is for personalized pieces or SALE items, which unfortunately are final sale only. Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. Your return shipping charges will be free if you choose to use our logistics partners.

In case of domestic returns once you send us your parcel or our logistic partner collect parcel from your location, please allow for two weeks for your package to arrive and for us to process your refund or replacement.
All international returns, need to be deliver to our office via any mode of shipping. Once we received the item refunds or replacement will be processed.
